The ActionSOM-7ULP family is a module with MXM314 connector based on the NXP i.MX 7ULP ultra-low-power processor which features heterogeneous multi-core processing architecture with an ARM Cortex-A7 core (at speed up to 800MHz) together with an ARM Cortex-M4 core (at speed up to 200MHz) as well as a 3D and 2D Graphics Processing Units (GPUs).

The ActionSOM-7ULP is an ultra low power highly integrated SoM (System on Module) featuring high computation power and 802.11b/g/n Wi-Fi and Bluetooth v4.1 connectivity. The ARM Cortex-A7 core supports Android and Linux operating systems whereas the ARM CortexM4 core supports FreeRTOS. The module is an ideal solution for ultra-low-power and secure applications demanding long battery life and high-end graphics.
