SL-MIPI-CSI-OV5640 – HD 5Mpx color camera module with MIPI-CSI interface

SL-MIPI-CSI-OV5640 is the 5 Mpx color camera module. Module us equipped with MIPI-CSI interface and FPC30 connector  therefore SL-MIPI-CSI-OV5640 module is matched to the SoMLabs carrier boards.

The SL-MIPI-CSI-OV5640 is equipped with OV5640 hi-res HD 5 Mpx CMOS video sensor and video interface is dual lane MIPI-CSI. Module supports electronic shutter mode: rolling shutter/frame exposure.

As a result of  using advanced PMIC – SL1 – developed by SoMLabs, the SL-MIPI-CSI-OV5640 module is powered from single +3.3V line available in FPC connector.

The SL-MIPI-CSI-OV5640 is fully compatible with SoMLabs carrier boards equipped with MIPI-CSI connectors. By default SL-MIPI-CSI-OV5640 module is equipped with fish-eye (120º) lens.

DSI2HDMI display converter – SL-MIPI-LVDS-HDMI-CNV

SL-MIPI-LVDS-HDMI-CNV is flexible DSI2HDMI display converter. It converts MIPI-DSI to LVDS and/or HDMI protocols. The solution we dedicate to SoMLabs carrier boards equipped with MIPI-DSI interface (with FPC30 connector) but can be used in any MCU/MPU system. Converter is fully compliant with DSI1.02 and HDMI1.4 and converts video stream up to 1080p @60Hz/8b.

VisionCB-8M-ADV
For VisionSOM-8Mmini

VisionCB-8M-ADV (with SOM with MPU iMX8M mini compatible) is advanced carrier board for the VisionSOM-8Mmini family of computer-on-modules. Modules are powered by NXP SOC iMX8M mini (quad core ARM Cortex-A53+ single Cortex-M4). A carrier board, together with a System on Module (SoM), makes a complete development platform similar to SBC. The carrier board houses the most common interfaces such as USB, Ethernet, PCIe (M.2), RS485, CAN FD, HDMI, LVDS, MIPI-DSI, MIPI-CSI, audio codec, etc. A large variety of interfaces allows to use it as both a complete development platform or as a stand-alone end-product.

The carrier board connects with the SoM via a standard SODIMM connector.

VisionCB-8M-ADV carrier board is equipped with  Segger J-Link debugger and Linux serial console port on USB vCOM.

VisionDK-8Mmini

VisionDK-8Mmini – iMX8Mmini Development Kit – is the tool designed for evaluation the i.MX8Mmini MPU and consists of a carrier board (VisionCB-8M-ADV) with a processor module (VisionSOM-8Mmini). In addition this VisionDK-8Mmini (iMX8Mmini Development Kit) is offering full package including a TFT-LCD display (SL-TFT7-TP-600-1024-MIPI with MIPI-DSI interface), power supply and necessary cables.
The VisionCB-8M-ADV carrier board houses the most common interfaces such as USB, Ethernet, etc. A large variety of interfaces allows to use it as both a complete development platform or as a stand-alone end-product.
The VisionSOM-8Mmini SoM module (the partnumber: SLS23X8MMQC_1800C_02GR_08GE_1WB_C) in VisionDK-8Mmini features: NXP i.MX8Mmini processor (quad cores ARM Cortex- A53 @ 1.8GHz), 2GB RAM and 8GB eMMC. VisionDK-8Mmini includes SOM with Wi-Fi+BLE.
The carrier board connects with the SoM via a standard SODIMM connector.

VisionSTK-8Mmini

VisionSTK-8Mmini  is a starter kit for the VisionSOM-8Mmini family of computer-on-modules (powered by NXP 8Mmini application processors). The kit is comprised of a carrier board (VisionCB-8M-STD) with a processor module (VisionSOM-8Mmini).
The VisionCB-8M-STD carrier board houses the most common interfaces such as USB, Ethernet, etc. A large variety of interfaces allows to use it as both a complete development platform or as a stand-alone end-product.
The VisionSOM-8Mmini SoM module in VisionSTK-8Mmini features: NXP I.MX8Mmini processor (Quad cores ARM Cortex- A53 @ 1.8gGhz), 2GB RAM and 8GB eMMC. VisionSTK-8Mmini doesn’t include SOM with Wi-Fi.
The carrier board connects with the SoM via a standard SODIMM connector.

VisionDK-STM32MP1

VisionDK-RT is a development kit for the STM32MP1 and consists of a carrier board (VisionCB-6ULL-STD) with a processor module (VisionSOM-6ULL). In addition this complete development kit is offering full package including a TFT-LCD display, power supply and all necessary cables.
The VisionCB-STM32MP1-STD carrier board houses the most common interfaces such as USB, Ethernet, etc. A large variety of interfaces allows to use it as both a complete development platform or as a stand-alone end-product.
