The StarSOM-STM32H757 (SLS05) family comprises miniature computing modules based on the dual-core STM32H757 microcontroller. The device integrates a high-performance Arm Cortex-M7 core operating at up to 480 MHz and an Arm Cortex-M4 core operating at up to 240 MHz, enabling the simultaneous execution of demanding real-time and application-level workloads.
The StarSOM-STM32H757 (SLS05) modules can be equipped with an optional Wi-Fi and Bluetooth module and provide an integrated Ethernet PHY interface.
The StarSOM-STM32H757 (SLS05) is a highly integrated, low-power System-on-Module combining high computing performance, deterministic real-time operation and the flexibility of a microcontroller-based platform. Its hardware security features include support for AES-128, AES-192 and AES-256, Triple DES, HMAC, MD5, SHA-1 and SHA-2 cryptographic algorithms.
The integrated Chrom-ART graphics accelerator and hardware JPEG codec make the module particularly well suited to advanced graphical user interfaces, home and industrial control systems, wireless and communication applications, and real-time embedded systems.
The StarSOM-STM32H757 (SLS05) features a square PCB form factor and two low-profile, 100-pin board-to-board connectors, providing a total of 200 connection points.
For evaluation and prototyping, we recommend using the dedicated StarCB-STM32H757-STD carrier board.
