The VisionSOM-RT-ETH (SLS13) family comprises SODIMM-sized System-on-Modules based on the NXP i.MX RT10xx crossover microcontroller family. The device integrates a high-performance Arm Cortex-M7 core operating at frequencies of up to 528 MHz.
The VisionSOM-RT-ETH is a highly integrated, low-power System-on-Module combining high computing performance, deterministic real-time operation and the flexibility of a microcontroller-based platform. An onboard Ethernet PHY simplifies carrier-board design and enables direct integration into networked embedded systems.
Hardware security features include AES-128 encryption, High Assurance Boot and on-the-fly QSPI flash decryption, helping to protect the system software and external program memory.
The integrated 2D graphics accelerator makes the module particularly well suited to advanced graphical user interfaces, home and industrial control systems, communication equipment and demanding real-time embedded applications.

VisionSOM-RT-ETH (SLS13)
Based on i.MX-RT105x/106x ARM Cortex-M7 single core industrial SoM computer with on-board 10/100 PHY
7 inch LCD-TFT module (Riverdi RVT70HSTNWC00 or RVT70HSTFWCA0) with parallel RGB interface, integrated LED backlight and capacitive touch panel. Module is equipped with DC/DC converters that allows to work with +5V power rail.
