VisionSOM-6ULL – new SoM with i.MX6-ULL (Cortex-A7) application processor

The SoMLabs VisionSOM-6ULL SoM is robust and compact embedded computing solution based on NXP i.MX 6ULL application processor with single ARM Cortex-A7 core (up to 900MHz). SoM can be easily used in any application due to SODIMM200 form factor. VisionSOM-6ULL SoM is highly customizable, you can choose:

  • RAM size from 64 to 512MB
  • eMMC memory from 4 to 32GB
  • NAND Flash memory from 128 to 512MB
  • Optional uSD Card Slot
  • Optional WiFi/Bluetooth module

SoM versions with wireless module (WiFi/Bluetooth) have built-in U.FL antenna connector. SoM offers a variety of communication interfaces:

  • 2 Ethernet 10/100Mbit/s interfaces
  • Up to 4 I2C channels
  • Up to 4 SPI channels
  • Up to 2 CAN interfaces
  • Up to 8 UARTs
  • USB2.0 OTG Host/Device interfaces
  • 3 I2S interfaces

SoMLabs prepared Yocto and Debian distributions for VisionSOM-6ULL, they include all necessary software and drivers to start development of your new project!
